have been using Bitbns previously for doing SIP in cryptocurrency.
While depositing money there were no issues, but as soon as I requested through ** withdrawals, they did not process my withdrawals.
My refunds from Nov ** are still pending..
The money held with them is more than *.**K INR.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
