Astropay - Refund from Astropay

**/**/**** at *:**pm I have purchased a Astropay card worth inr **k using idbi bank internet banking , funds successfully deducted from my account but Astropay told me that they didn't receive that funds, it's been * days I am regularly talking to bank people and sending emails to Astropay, I got confirmation from bank that they have successfully transferred the funds and adviced me to talk to Astropay, a major issue is Astropay doesn't have any customer service helpline number they only asked to email , is this service acceptable ?? I am being harrassed to get my **k back in my account , I think it can only happen in india otherwise it would cost Astropay alot to make me suffer for my own money , I am feeling helpless now .it is really a big issue for someone who is badly need of his funds ,god forbid what if there was any medical issue and astropay told me to drop a email and assure me to solve my issue within ** days .....hahahahahha what a tragedy , shame Astropay really a big shame for you , you should close your services .
