Queen Design Studio - Refund from a fraud company

I had ordered * salwars from their website on Nov**nd, ****. I was shocked when I got my order. I had got the order on Nov**th, ****. The order contained * old, dirty and used sarees. I dint get the products that I had ordered even after paying Rs**** and they dint bother to send a bill too. I had mailed them many times about the refund, but never got a call from them. That time I came to know that its a fraud company and I tried to seek help from National Consumer Helpline but no used. Please help me to get my refund back. I think they might have shut down their website after looting many innocent people. Many people got cheated by this company. Please help me to get my refund back as soon as possible. I just want my money back and nothing else.
I have all the proofs of this case.
