Medlife International Private Limited - Refund fraud

They charged more for the medicines ordered and was supposed to refund the money. I have been following up with them for * months. They took months saying accounts team is facing some technical issue. Later they said the refund is done and gave the transaction reference number. When the money did not get credited to the bank account, they asked me to raise a complaint with the bank as they have transferred it. When my bank raised a dispute with medlife , they declined the transaction. This is clear fraud. I have been following up with them since and next they said transferred it to paytm. They do no even have the paytm details to transfer it to paytm . I am continuously following up with them and they keep saying we are checking the issue.
