Sea shell havelock - Refund form hotel

I booked a hotel in Andaman, Havelock island and Neil island form January **th **** and January **, **** at hotel Sea shell, Havelock and in Nail island form January **, **** at hotel sea shell Neil. sue to covid *rd wave, our flights cancelled. so we cant reach andaman on scheduled date. also the ferry cancelled which we booked to reach Havelock and Neil island. so it was impossible to avail the services of hotel at that time. we request the hotel to cancel our bookings and refund the amount. but hotel management denied our request and said that everything is normal and you can come to hotel and they also argued that hotel hasn't cancel the service, and there was no refund policy. kindly arrange full refund for our bookings as this was very uncertain cancelation due to covid.
