Hi - I had placed an order with shopperstop which was partially delivered and the remaining order came late and I rejected it due to late delivery attempt. After rejecting the shipment I have not received the refund for this order that was not delivered. Apart from this I have not received the refund of one of the products I have returned, though in their app it shows refunded to account I have not received the refund to bank.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
