Clovebay - Refund for the the parcel ordered in Clovebay

I have ordered Face pore Cleaner in Clovebay and received within * days on Cash on delivery.
But I have received the parcel which is not working properly. Now, I would like to run for refund process. In this regard, I have mailed and called on the mobile no given in their website. Kindly get your product and refund my money back at the earliest. If the refund process is not done, then I wil be tend to file a legal case against your company.Please expedite it.
