Screen gaurds India - Refund for the product as not shown in quality

I ordered the one back cover from screen gaurds India. I received this product on date **/ dec/****. As i checked the product quality was not as shown in pictures so i returned this product as their return and refund policy shown on their site : http://screenguards.co.in; # easy * steps with in ** days; Via the courier DTDC, Tracking ID: Z********
After that they mailed me as we check product quality we will refund you. The ** days has been over, they are not giving me any response yet, As i try to call to them they suggest me other product to buy. and said we will give you response soon. But now i am not interest to purchase any thing from this site :http://screenguards.co.in
Plz get my refund back amount of *** rs. as soon as possible.
