RegisterKaro i e Safe Ledger Private Limited - Refund for Service not delivered after full payment was made

I have been struggling with your(RegisterKaro) team to get the services I had paid for. I have received multiple GST notices by now for non-filings. I am extremely disappointed and have wasted quite a lot of time and energy with your team.
So, I have gone ahead and appointed a local CA firm who will be taking care of my accounting and compliances from now on. Following are the services which I have paid for and would need a refund from you as this was discussed before i singed up for these.

*. Legal and compliance services, **,*** was paid in the month of August. None of the services were delivered. Below is the payment screenshot.
*.LUT service - I chased your team for very long and they were unable to provide the service on time. I went ahead and got it done with my local CA. I had paid **** for this to register Karo and service was not provided.
