I ordered a product from Doc Sneakers Company. Due to fitting issue I contacted them for placing a request for return and refund the amount as per their return and refund policy. They accepted the request and have been shipped back to them. After that I have been trying to contact them for refund the amount along with providing refund method details. A reply came saying that the amount will be credited on May **th ****. I've been waiting for more than a week and keep trying to contact them for refund status. As I expected, there was no response from them about the refund money. After some days of observation I get to know that they always do cheating by not refunding the amount from customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
