Dear Sir
We have booked for a trip from Israel to Georgia with the reference number NL************* for four. Due to the War like situation that suddenly erupted in Israel, we are unable to travel to Georgia. May I request you to refund the amount/cost already paid by us in advance. This situation is beyond the control of anyone of us, we again request you to initiate our refund at the earliest.
