Clothitude com - Refund for poor quality product

I purchase a dress from Clothitude.com for ****.** and I got the dress which was of poor quality and the stitch wasn’t good for the price I paid. I wrote to them on multiple email ids and I got no reply so I called them and the customer care person was soo rude and bluntly said no refund and she wasn’t even ready to accept my reasoning after constant follow up she keeps giving one line reply and says only exchange and no refund. I want refund and stop them from treating customers like this. Hence decided to complain about them and get my refund from them because they are forcing me to keep their product which is of not good quality. They give no importance to customers which is very bad for someone who are into such business. Apparel might not look the same as shown on website which I totally understand but it’s our choice to keep it or return it back.
