Flipkart Internet Private Limited - Refund for not able to provide warranty

( order id- OD******************) February *th I raised the issue on Flipkart ........ My product is having * years warranty I have used the product for *.* years later it stopped working so I raised issue for claiming warranty ...... The keep on saying your issue is escalated and will ask for time ....... * or * months they keep on making us fool ....... Later because so much torture from their side we send legal notice then they called us for compromise ..... In legal notice we have asked for full amount refund and ***** as penalty for mental torture and inconvenience caused for us and all...... They called us for compromise and said we will refund full amount of the TV, so we agreed for that ...... On July **th they did uninstallation of product and packed the item for return and informed us that on ** or ** July they will pickup the product and later within * business days they will refund the amount to my account later they delayed delivery to **th July even on that date also they didn't come or never contacted us ........ Later when I contacted on coustomer care they said on **th your issue will be solved till date I didn't got any call from them or any update from their side ......... Have every proof and every conversation details regarding this incident.
