Being Indian - Refund for my t shirt order

​Hi, I have ordered a t shirt from the merchandise website of Being Indian,
firstly, I did not get any email/notoifcation or confirmation on order placement and no information on when it will be delievered, so right away tried to contact Being Indian by calling the phone numbers, but none of them connected, then from the 'Contact Us' page on being indian and waited for * days for reply.

Then on *th jan again, I mailed them to cancel the product, they say that it is too late to cancel the order. I asked them to check query submitted on 'contact us' page and told them none of their phone numbers work, so could reach them

But they are keeping on saying that it cant be cancelled and are reponding very recklessly

Later, the courier boy attempted for delivery, I said I'm out of home, then he returned the product

I submitted the screen shot of tracking to being indian, saying it is being returned, please refund my money, but no response from Being Indian

Please make them refund my money
