I deposited *** INR in my parimatch account on ** dec, transaction was completed and my money was deducted but no money was added on to my parimatch account.
I asked help support to refund my money , at first they told me my money will be refunded in * working day but no money was refunded on ** dec , then I asked another time they gave me a * working days timeframe for my refund on ** and said to reach them again on ** dec if refund is not received which is pretty suspicious noticing that they should've mentioned ** instead of **.
I don't really think they will refund me this second time too , I can just hope to get my money .
