Asus India private limited - Refund for my costly defective phone

I've submitted my device in Compuage Infocom Ltd service center on **-**-**** (RMA Number INYHMB****) . The phone*s motherboard got damaged due to a buggy software update. I have purchased asus rog * on **-*-**** from flipkart which costed me Rs *****. This issue is there in globally and asus is not even care to acknowledge this issue anywhere. My work is getting badly affected as all of my data and apps were on that device. The estimated date of motherboard replacement is * month which is absurd. The indian consumer court has already mentioned that the consumers should get any repairs or replacement within ** working daya. I have totally lost faith in this company. So I need refund at the earliest.
