Kuku Fm - Refund for kukufm subscription

My father purchased a trial of kukufm that enabled Autopay and it has been * month they have deducted money twice now I get to know that this have been happening with him I cancelled the Autopay.
So I installed the app and checked kukufm there was no subscription in it.
So I emailed them about this matter.
They replied that refund window is closed you can request withing * day of purchasing.
I mean what is this, they are deducting money and also not providing anything premium in the app
