I have booked for A Ticket From Trivandrum To Frankfurt on ** September ****. We couldnot use the ticket because of visa problem. The ticket was valid to use for another year. But we could not travel to India last year due To Corona Pandemic. I Have Tried To Contact The Airlines Many Times. They Have Not Refunded My Money Yet.
