Haringhata Meat produced by West Bengal Livestock development corporation limited - Refund for expired packaged food

Dear Sir and Madam,
I am Aninditamani,resident of Manicktala, have
purchased * packaged dressed Quail of MRP *** each from a Haringhata meat store , situated just beside Gauri Bari Flyover on today ,**.**.** at * pm.
When I came back home, I found for both the packet the expiry date is over * months back.
Immediately at *.** pm I reached the store with both the packet, and asked for refund.
They behaved very rudely and denied the refund .Please help.
They are selling such product deliberately ,even it may lead to health issue and food poisoning if not checked by customer.
Please look into this and arrange to refund my rs *** against the same
