I paid my Lazypay bill of INR *** on *th March, the amount got debited from my HDFC account but got an email from Lazypay that the transaction was failed. Lazypay cc said transaction failed and amount will auto credited after ** days. I repaid the bill amount on **th March. Did not receive the refund, spoke to HDFC bank and they confirmed amount was debited and transaction was successful. Emailed Lazypay and they confirmed they have received the payment and it was a technical error from their end and they’re checking with technical team. Today is *th April I have still not received my refund as I paid them twice.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
