Jolen bleach - Refund for delivering wrong product

I ordered a Jolen bleach and was delivered a moisturizer. I returned the wrong product and it’s been a month still waiting for my refund. I spoke to four customer reps but non of them can solve my issue. I told them that I don’t have bank account here. So I would like a gift coupon or a refund coupon so I can purchase something else on your site, but non of them have been able to help so what’s the point of calling and sending emails like “we hear you”. I have sent several emails and ask for a manager or supervisor to call me to resolve my issue but haven’t heard back from anyone. I regularly shop online Amazon, Flipkart and many more and never had such a horrible experience. Refunds are so easy and customer care resolves the issue right away. Whoever is reading this pls have to issue resolved asap. Pls see my old emails I have emailed pics of the product I have ordered and the wrong product that was sent to me. Your product was returned righted as I mentioned wrong order, was told the refund will be done with ** hours it’s been a month now.
