Rohit Srimal filed complaint against William Penn on Apr 30, 2020
I purchased a Lapis Bard belt from William Penn on **th September **** for INR *,***/- which got a manufacturing defect on the strap.
I visited William Pen Inorbit mall Malad store on **th Jan with the complaint and I was informed that it'll take ** days to get it repaired or replaced.
I visited the store on *th March **** and was informed that my belt has been replaced. Unfortunately, the belt size was smaller and this
was extremely disappointing.
Now today on **th April (after ** days since *th March), I get an email from William Penn saying that my service request no. ***** is resolved.
I haven't got a refund or a replacement for the belt, how is the query resolved amidst COVID ** led lockdown.
Is this some joke.
