Happyeasygo India Private Limited - Refund for Cancelled order

Tushar Kanti Maji filed complaint against Happyeasygo India Private Limited on May 25, 2021

I had booked a flight Ticket at www.happyeasygo.com for Kolkata to Patna on **.**.****. But GoAir had cancelled my flight **.**.**** and issued refund to HappyEasyGo on same day. I have got confirmation from GoAir as well. Till then, HappyEasyGo is not refunding the amount to me and whenever I had contacted to customer service of HappyEasyGo, they simply extended the matter. Please help to get my money back from HappyEasyGo.
