Confirm txt - Refund for cancellation of train ticket not given

I had booked * railway tickets for *th august **** from mangalore central to kannur and train got cancelled due to heavy rain. They messaged that it will be refunded but till now, even after * months I haven't received my money back . They sent a screenshot stating that refund is done and it will reflect in your account within * days but now it's almost * weeks and no progress is made from there side.
