Sub: Refund for Airline Tickets from Travel Agent.
I booked * Air tickets from New Delhi to Sydney with Travel Agent Suhas Chaudhary (Owner of Trip Suppliers Private Limited) **/**/**** at his office in Sector ** Mohali. My Mother is booking the tickets with the same travel agent from approximately last ** years, so she recommended to book the tickets with this agent.

However, due to Covid ** Lockdown announced by Government of India, my flight was cancelled for travelling date and then I approached Air India office Chandigarh and extended the same tickets for to travel on **/**/**** but this flight was also cancelled due to extended lockdown.
Since then I am trying to contact the agent by emails and phone calls to get the refund but not getting any satisfactory response from him. Last response which I received from him was in August *, **** where he asked me to provide the new Ticket numbers which were provided to him without any delays but after that I didn’t receive any response from him.
Hence, I decided to contact Air India to find out about my refund. After trying multiple times, I received a response from Air India on **/**/**** that Tickets have been refunded to the Agent on **/**/**** After which, I immediately sent another email to Agent to return the funds but didn’t receive any response him.
Apart from the above, My Mom also tried to contact him at her level but he has been really rude and unprofessional with her. It has been more than * and half years since I am trying to get my money back.
I have attached all the evidences including communication with Agent and Air India, Tax Invoice, Itinerary for old and New Tickets.

I kindly request you to file a complaint against the agent so I can get my refund. I am currently in Australia and finding hard to reach to the agent, however my Mom is in India. Please reach out to her if she can be any assistance in this matter (Mother – Smt Saroj Bala M +************).
