Galgotias University - Refund for admission cancellation

I admitted myself in galgotia university on **/**/**. I am from Bihar and due to flood in our area this year we faced loss financially and mentally. My father was ill and being the only son of the family i have to be with my father and along with my family during this tough period . I decided to leave the college. I tried to contact college many time from date **th july to *th august but didnt got any response from the college. i along with my cousin visited college and meet the registar of the college. Registar said that they cannot refund the money as the last date to apply for admission cancellation was **th july. dont you think it was the responsibility of the college if they can ask for all the fees of both the semester at once then they should refund our fees deductiong some percentage or refund full money if student dont join college. registar said it worthless to apply for admission cancellation as ollege will not refund money and he also said he can raise this matter infront of the college owner in annual meeting which was to be held in october but till now we didnt got any response .The college peeps think ***** rs grow on tree.
