I Had Booked A Flight Ticket (NF**************) From Jet Airways Via Make My Trip; The Ticket Was Booked For *th May’**** From Mumbai –To– Goa (PNR Num PQWKSG) Ticket Attached For Your Reference.
Due To Temporary Shutdown Of Jet Airways My Flight Was Cancelled From The Airlines & From That Point Of Time I Have Been Continuously Following Up With Make My Trip Customer Care People For My Refund Which Till Date Has Not Taken Place.
I Also Had A Word With One Of The Customer Care Executive Of Jet Airlines Where They Have Clearly Stated That I Will Get My Refund Only From Make My Trip Since The Tickets Were Booked From There.
Whereas, When Spoken To Representative From Make My Trip, They Are Not Giving Me Any TAT As To When Will The Refund Take Place Stating That They Are Waiting For The Money To Be Received From Jet Airlines & Post That The Refund Will Be Initiated.
Would Be Highly Obliged If Your Team Can Help Me Get The Refund Amount As Soon As Possible.
