Hello,
I had bought * geysers back in June from TataCliq.
Ever since then, the tanks have started leaking, there is rust forming inside and I have received no help whatsoever. Candes give the promise of warranty and cheat customers into buying your products to keep their money.
I have spoken to Candes/Vedanta support over phone multiple times and also on Whatsapp on my number (**********) and they have mentioned many times that there isn't service in my area and that I will be bearing the cost of repair. Why the hell did they say there was warranty in that case? Stop selling in regions that you can't promise warranty. When I called a local electrician, he opened up the geyser and told me that this is a safety hazard and I have to stop using it immediately. I can attach videos of this.
It is absolutely ridiculous that nearly all of my geysers have the same problem - awful build quality. A replacement will not fix this issue because we no longer want to use this inferior product. The person on phone support and on Whatsapp has asked me to courier the geysers back for a full refund. It is again quite sad that I have to bear the cost of sending it back. After that, I sent them an email to receive confirmation that they will send refund but they have stopped responding to my emails and Whatsapp messages. This is honestly the worst service we have ever received from any company to date. I can attach the invoices for all *.
