Subject: Refund of Fees and Return of Original Documents – Violation of Consumer Rights

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Ajaiprasanth, was admitted to the Pharm D (Post Baccalaureate) course at the Respondent’s institution on **.**.****. I paid **% of the total course fee at the time of admission and submitted my original academic documents as part of the admission process.

Due to an unforeseen personal and financial crisis, I was compelled to cancel my admission on **.**.****. My father recently met with a serious accident and is unable to work, making me the sole earning member of my family. Consequently, I am unable to continue my studies and had formally requested the Respondent to refund my fees and return my original documents.

Despite my genuine request and submission of supporting reasons, the Respondent has failed/refused to refund my fees or return my documents, which constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
