Stanza living Cosenza House - Refund failed and unnecessary money taken for electricity

For a refund they informed me to fill the upi account details and the refund will be sent to my UPI account in ** days..it's been more than that and now it shows that the my UPI account isn't active and tells me to fill the details again and I have filled the accurate details many times and also I have tried to fill my dad's upi account details and still it says that the account is not active..how to is this possible...I have contacted the manager of that house he said that he'll look into it and now he doesn't even pick up my calls.. even my dad's tried calling him and he still won't pick up his calls. And theres also a major problem in this house is that I made a contract of ** months in Cosenza House where electricity bill was free mean I don't have to pay for it but at my **th month they forced me to give the money for electricity bill because they are taking money from the new customers so Ill have to pay for it too.. they took almost **** from me in my last to months and they promised me that they'll refund that much money and the refund too.Pleas solve this issue as soon as possible
