Tikona braodband company - Refund extra paid amount

Prapti filed complaint against Tikona braodband company on Aug 7, 2021

I came across the tikona service provider on internet. and contacted and paid **** rs in total for * months plan. and within ** days i got IVR call saying your due amount is *** rs so I called my service provider regarding the payment so he misguided me and so i paid *** rs more and then within * months i again got call from IVR saying your due amount is *** so i just called to customer helpdesk so She just told me that you have already extra paid *** rs last time so just pay more *** and your plan get renew. so it was very pathetic they didnt even ask me for renewal earlier. please refund my money and really disappointed.
