I ORDERED A MOBILE REDMI ** PRIME WORTH OF *****, WITH AN EXCHANGE AND PAID **** RUPEES THROUGH BANK OF INDIA VISA DEBIT CARD .BUT MY PHONE GOT REJECTED IN EXCHANGE POLICY SO THE PHONE I ORDERED WAS RETURNED TO SELLER , ORDER ID IS ***-*******-*******.They told me after the product is returned and they will refund my money and told me that refund initiated on ** November and will be credited by ** Nov , Today ** Nov **** ,but the money is not credited in my account The seller is not refund my money
