I hope this email finds you well. I am seeking your assistance in issuing a formal notice to the owner/proprietor of an online company/website—[https://learn.tanishapkalsi.com/courses] (Instagram account: tanishapkalsicourses)—regarding a refund dispute. Below, I have outlined the sequence of events for your reference, supported by corresponding screenshots to substantiate my claims.

Sequence of Events :

*. Viewing the Advertisement :

On *th December ****, I came across an advertisement for an online course titled “Faceless Bundle” on Instagram. The advertisement appeared promising, prompting me to make the purchase.

*. Placing the Order :

I placed an order for the course on *th December **** via Paytm for Rs. ***.**. At the time of purchase, there was no visible refund policy, nor was there any indication that the purchase was non-refundable.

*. Details About the Product Purchased :

I anticipated the course to be interactive, such as a webinar, aligning with my preferred learning style. Instead, I received a **+ page PDF document. The document was dense, overwhelming, and failed to provide any new or actionable insights beyond what I had already seen on the topic.
There was no transparency about the course format prior to purchase, and I proceeded under the assumption that dissatisfaction would be addressed through a refund option. This lack of clarity influenced my purchase decision.

*. Requesting a Refund :

On *th December ****, I contacted Tanishapkalsicourses via Instagram to request a refund. I explained that the course's format did not suit my learning style and was overwhelming to engage with.

*. Response from the Seller :

In response, the seller suggested I engage with the course for a few days and reattempt. This contradicts my core issue—that the course's format (a **+ page PDF) was inherently unsuitable and inaccessible for me.
The seller also cited a refund policy requiring me to complete worksheets, submit progress, and provide proof of engagement. However, engaging with the course in this manner was impossible due to the format, which I was unaware of prior to purchase.

*. Challenge to Refund Policy Visibility :

When I asked for clarification on the refund policy’s location, the seller directed me to the bottom of their sales page, claiming the terms and conditions were available there. However, I was never made aware of these terms or given access to this page during the purchase process.
I highlighted that the course format was unsuitable and that I felt misled by the lack of upfront transparency regarding the product. The seller’s failure to clearly communicate the refund policy before purchase constitutes unfair business practice.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the seller has ceased communication after my last response, leaving the matter unresolved.

Requested Action :

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this dispute with Tanishapkalsi Courses and helping me secure a refund for the amount I spent. During my research, I came across multiple comments on LinkedIn from other individuals who have reported facing similar issues with this seller. This indicates a pattern of dissatisfaction among customers and strengthens the case that the business practices in question may be unfair or deceptive. I have attached screenshots of these comments for your reference.

I have also included all relevant screenshots and correspondence related to my own case. Please let me know if further details or documentation are required or if any additional steps are needed on my part.
