I have tried to book a ticket through irctc by PhonePe app on **/**/**** at *.** pm. My money got debited but after sometime transaction automatically failed. After that I called many times to PhonePe customer care . They told me that I will get the refund within **. Then again I called they told refund will be done within **/**/****. I also tried to email them but no positive reply I got. Now also the customer care number is unreachable. They are doing fraud to people. PhonePe should refund the money as they suppose to do.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
