Myholidays.com - Refund denined

I have book flight ticket from my holidays they issue ticket of Refundable Airindia express ticket. ** before I inform them to cancel ticket but they are not responding even my holidays and Air india express. They mentioned in the ticket it’s refundable but they are not ready to refund. Reference number Airline TNTJLO
