MyNoveltyShop - Refund denied

I bought a penis enhancement product-Pro extender rings from them. When I opened and tried the product,It produced a massive discomfort to my penis.So I thought of giving up the product.
Only later when I contacted them in Whatsapp,I was able to know about their no return and no refund policy(concealed in unsearchable column in their website)- which states that if a package has been opened,tried,or used,no refund would be provided to the customer. They claim that these policies are based on Indian Hygiene laws.Although Indian Hygiene laws mandates concern about Re-selling used Urological products.It doesn't say anything about product return and refund.
Steam Sterilization of Urological products makes it eligible for Resale.Condom,catheters are always being recycled in a similar ways .This has been successfully practised by many pharmaceutical and Penis enhancement enterprises both nationally and internationally.

After having received the product, I contacted them for to inform about the defect and to claim refund.
They replied me in WhatsApp saying me to contact a person.When I called him He just started shouting at me for no reason.(I will add the audio conversation later).
I decided to inform about this to their CEO.So I asked the whatsapp agents to send me his contact or Email ID.But they denied to provide me the information(Added screenshot).
I emailed a detailed complaint letter to their general email. But they haven't replied to any of my mails. When I brought up consumer protection act to the WhatsApp agents, They blocked me. My calls are blocked.When I called him from other number, He says he's happy to attend court regarding this reason (Also added a Whatsapp screenshot below).

I came up with a plan to bypass their no refund policy by reading their shipping policy.
I returned their product saying it had a defective part(which it did have).
Now for re-shipment I asked them to change my shipping address to USA(My Friends address).Then I asked them if they had an export license and to share an image of document to my Whatsapp.He denied me both to share an image of document (I think the company doesn't have one).He also denied me shipping unless I pay extra(Extra amount for shipment is not included in their shipping policy)

Plenty of people are getting scammed by their no refund policy. They didn't show any sign of guilt for looting people's hard earned money.
I can't even provide a review to warn other customers who are about to buy their product in future.

I just want their seller license to be revoked, Thereby no more person would be cheated by the same plundering Enterprise.
