Nokia Mobile Company - Refund Denied

I placed the order of two phones but due to a delay in shipment from the Nokia side i canceled the orders
As I already paid for both these orders, so upon cancellation it says a refund will be initiated within *-** days, and after the **th day, there is no refund in my bank account.
Nokia customer care executives have been misleading me by saying it will be credited the next day.
I want my refund and * lakh Rs compensation for defraud and the mental agony which I have gone through, which Nokia's people did by misleading me and wasting my time.
For my own money why do I have to ping/contact them at regular intervals
