Meesho - Refund Denied for Undelivered Product Delivery Agent Admitted Error Call Recording Available

I placed an order for a pair of earrings worth ₹*** (₹*** Meesho balance + ₹** COD). The delivery person came but I asked him to cancel the order as I was unaware of it. Later, I found out that the payment was already made.

The app now shows the order as delivered, but I never received the product. When I contacted the delivery person, he first claimed the order was canceled, but later misbehaved and admitted to delivering the product to someone else.

I have a call recording of the delivery person admitting this and misbehaving with me.

I have raised multiple complaints with Meesho customer care, but all of them were closed without resolution. Meesho recently denied my refund citing their “Fair Usage Policy,” which I believe is unjustified as the product was never delivered.

I request a full refund of ₹*** immediately and that this complaint be escalated for proper resolution.
