Upgrad Education Private Limited - Refund denied for the MSc course not registered enrolled

I registered for PGDML and Msc in upgrad in oct-**** batch and paid full fee of Rs.******.
However i am able to complete only PGDML and not Msc course due to my personal situation/work pressure/financial situation during this corona pandemic.
I started requesting upgrad to cancel my Msc course and provide refund long time before the course is getting started ie. oct-**** - and i sent multiple emails begging for the refund, but refund of Rs.****** is denied.
For the MSc course from LJMU London, i have not submitted any certificates and did not receive any admission letter from them yet - which means i have not yet enrolled to the university and my registration is still pending.
Now, for various serious reasons, i dont want to enroll for MSc course and wanted my refund. But, upgrad is denying refund even though they have not enrolled myself in LJMU university.
I seriously dont want to enroll for MSc due to my personal/financial/work situation in this pandemic situation - and i am requesting upgrad to provide my refund of Rs.******.
