I booked a completely refundable flight from Happyeasygo, however refund was denied. This fully refundable product (free cancellation) offers user to get full refund in case there is cancellation. They charge extra premium for this product.
I booked this product and had to cancel the flight due to change in flight timings. After they agreed to pay the refund for * months, recently they denied it. Sharing the supporting documents as attachment
