Abhijith Balan filed complaint against Bosscoder Academy on May 15, 2026
I enrolled in the Data Engineering course of Bosscoder Academy and was onboarded into the DE** batch on ** January. At the time of joining, three classes had already been completed, making it difficult to follow the course properly.
I did not attend any live sessions in the DE** batch. On ** January, I informed the concerned contact person, Noton, regarding my inability to continue with the already ongoing batch and requested a batch transfer.
Based on my request, I was shifted to the DE-** batch starting on ** March with new students. My actual participation in the course began only from ** March under the DE-** batch. My EMI payments through Fibe also commenced in March, aligning with the start of my participation.
On ** March, within ** days of starting the DE-** batch, I informed the company that I did not wish to continue and requested a refund as per their policy.
However, Bosscoder Academy denied the refund request by incorrectly considering the January batch as the course start date, despite the fact that I never attended any live classes in that batch and had already requested a transfer.
Additionally, my onboarding manager, Madhu, has not been responding to my calls or messages regarding this issue.
I have already raised this matter with the National Consumer Helpline, but the issue remains unresolved.
I request Bosscoder Academy to process the eligible refund and resolve this matter amicably.
