Enrolled for the Full stack development bootcamp program - December **** batch organized by Knowledge Hut Upgrad. Experienced discrepancies with their course and requested refund. Not happy with instructor and raised refund request just after attending two sessions. Also not satisfied with their course .Before admission to the course , no official offer letter with refund policy signed by me or any official document on the refund policy or terms and conditions was provided to me. They are now denying refund. There is no basis to deny refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
