Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the deficiency in services, misleading practices, and unfair trade behaviour experienced by me following the purchase of a “Gold Package” on **th June **** for listing my flat located in Kolkata.
Despite making full payment in advance, the services promised have not been delivered in a satisfactory or even reasonable manner. My grievances are detailed below:
*. Non-Genuine / Unresponsive Leads
• I have received a total of * leads through your platform, all of whom expressed interest and requested a callback.
• I promptly contacted each of these individuals multiple times via phone calls.
• Upon receiving no response, I further followed up with WhatsApp messages referencing the listing and their expressed interest.
• To date, none of the leads have responded, which raises serious concerns regarding the authenticity and quality of leads provided.
This strongly indicates that the service is either ineffective, misleading, or potentially deceptive, amounting to a clear failure in delivering the promised value.
*. False Reporting of Service Cancellation (Photoshoot Appointment)
• I had scheduled a property photoshoot on **th June ****.
• The assigned representative personally called me stating that he was unable to attend due to rain at his location.
• However, I subsequently received an email falsely stating that “the customer has cancelled the appointment.”
This is factually incorrect, misleading, and unacceptable, as it attempts to:
• Shift blame onto the customer, and
• Conceal internal service failure.
I strongly object to this misrepresentation.
*. Unfair Trade Practice & Deficiency in Service
Based on the above experiences within just * days of purchase, it is evident that:
• The service provided is substandard and ineffective,
• The leads appear non-functional or questionable, and
• There is misrepresentation of service events.
Further, unlike traditional brokerage practices where payment is linked to actual results, your model involves advance collection of fees without ensuring service delivery, which may fall under:
• Deficiency in service (as per Consumer Protection laws), and
• Unfair or misleading trade practices.
Demand for Refund
In view of the above, I hereby formally demand:
