I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought a product from limeroad worth Rs.**** and the return i'd is : ***********P*..the order was delivered as a wrong item i immediately placed an return request claiming it is a wrong product as their customer service doesn't accept inbound calls i have placed a request and the item was picked up the very next day that is on ** July **** and their pick up agent checked it at the time of pick up ..now since then i am trying to get in touch with them they have kept the refund / replacement on hold saying quality check pending..when i spoke to their customer service agent she told me it is a high amount profile so it is taking time to process ..we have to send them end number of mails to get a call from their customer service ..please help me to get refund / replacement as they took the product and my money now they have kept everything on hold .
The product has reached their warehouse on *st August only still they are not refunding ..The refund amount is **** Rs after so many days of keeping the product on hold they finally have mailed me saying they will not refund .now i have returned them the product ..they have taken both the product which i have recieved and even my money ..and want to give neither of the two ..please help me to get my refund .
