Flights Mojo Bookings Opc Private Limited - Refund Delayed

On **nd April I had booked two Air India tickets from Sringar to Delhi for travel on *th May.

As all are aware, the attacks took place the very same day and we decided to cancel our plans.

The booking was made through Flights Mojo.

It’s been over a month and I an yet to receive a refund from the aggregator. As per my conversation with Air India, they’ve already refunded the amount.

But FLIGHTS MOJO, the aggregator has just been delaying the refund.

I have a long trail of email exchanges where I’ve constantly been following up but to no avail.
