Instamart swiggy - Refund delayed as per promised date

I had ordered Ramraj Dhoti on August **,**** at **:**PM. On next day, Due to bad quality, I returned the item and I filled the NEFT form for refund and refund want to be credited within *business days. I reminded them * times in this * business days. But from their end, they filled form on sep * , **** at *:**PM because of their agents negligence. Now they are asking again to wait for *business days. Because of their negligence, Refund getting delayed. I have all Chat proofs that they assured me that I will get refund when I submitted form. But they failed to refund as they said.
