Clear Car Rentals - Refund Delay Denial

Had booked a car for Kerala temple trip and paid advance of Rs.****/-. Due to pandemic crisis and restrictions on senior citizen travels I requested the advance refund on *nd June. I was in touch with CCL Team Leader Malini Bankar from the beginning and she sernt a mail on **nd June assuring refund within * working days. I have not received the refund till date. They are not responding to my calls to their Helpline number ***** *****.
