Paytm/ Durgambha Travels - refund declined

I booked a bus ticket through Paytm for Durgambha Travels.

During the journey, the bus broke down and was halted for approximately ** hours. This caused significant inconvenience and delay. The service promised at the time of booking was not delivered.

I raised a refund request, but it was rejected stating that the operator declined the request. However, as a customer, I booked through Paytm, and both Paytm and the bus operator are responsible for the service.

This situation clearly falls under deficiency of service as per consumer protection laws.

I request:
