Good tribe Pvt Ltd little box - Refund credit voucher not given even after returing the dress

I bought a dress from littlebox, but I didn't like the fit. Because it was a cod order they offered credit voucher as refund. I was okay with it. The dress was returned and picked up on **th September ****. I reached out to their customer support they said I will be given the credit voucher within ** hours. Now they are unresponsive on instagram, their in app tickets, whatsapp support and I still have received my refund. It has been a challenging task to even reach out to them. There is no call support available.
