*Complaint Description:*


I joined Crio Institute's in March **** for ₹***,***. The institute referred me to Varthana Finance for a loan, which I availed. The loan EMI is ₹*,*** per month, starting from March ****. However, I have only attended ** classes.


Due to my father's health issues, I'm unable to continue attending classes or pay the EMI. Despite my requests, Crio Institute has not provided any support or relief.
And also Varthana finance harassing daily calls.

*. Deficiency in service: Crio Institute failed to provide the promised education.
*. Unauthorized loan: Crio Institute referred me to Varthana Finance without disclosing the loan terms.
